Portions for 1 person:
1 slice of beef liver
1 onion
2 slices of bacon
5oz cooked whole rice (2oz of dry rice)
Heat a pan at low heat to fry the pieces of bacon. When they are cooked, place them on a paper napkin to drain off the fat. Fry the onion cut in small pieces until golden, push then aside and add the slice of liver.
Serve with rice.
